Blackboard Support is aware of this software defect and is currently developing a fix.
Several users have reported issues downloading documents while using the Microsoft Edge web browser. If you prefer to continue using Microsoft Edge, please refer to our 404 Error When Opening Files in Blackboard Using Microsoft Edge support article for troubleshooting steps.

Intro to Blackboard & Canvas
CSU Pueblo is transitioning from Blackboard to Canvas as our Learning Management System. Most Fall 2026 courses will remain in Blackboard, while a limited number of pilot courses will be taught in Canvas. Beginning Spring 2027, all CSU Pueblo courses will be offered in Canvas. Whether you're using Blackboard or Canvas this semester, the resources below can help you get started.
To see if you are enrolled in any Canvas courses this fall, log in to Canvas using your NetID credentials, select Courses, and then choose All Courses. Once courses are available, they will appear on your Dashboard and you will receive notifications from your instructors.
If you cannot log in to Canvas at this time, or get routed back to the login page, you don't have any Fall 2026 courses in Canvas.
Faculty can also access a Canvas sandbox course now to begin exploring Canvas and developing content for future semesters.
